Daily Pre-Use Inspection (Must be done before every trip)
1. Connection System Check
• Connection point between trailer and tractor: Check the tightness of the coupling, the integrity of the locking pin, and ensure the safety chains are free from rust or breakage. Make sure the connection gap is ≤ 5mm.
• Connection between the boat and trailer: Ensure the bow eye strap and transom tie-downs are free from wear, and the safety chains are properly tensioned (sag ≤ 15 cm).
• Electrical Connections: Ensure the light plug and brake oil pipes are free from looseness.

2. Light System Test
• Collaborative inspection: With an assistant observing, test the brake lights, reverse lights, turn signals, and marker lights in sequence.
• Troubleshooting: If lights fail, first check for rust on cable connectors and polish them with fine sandpaper. If still not working, contact service personnel.
3. Tire Inspection
• Tire pressure check: Use an accurate pressure gauge to inflate all tires (including the spare) according to standard specifications. Pressure deviation should not exceed ±2 psi.
• Visual inspection: Ensure there are no cracks or bulges on tire sidewalls, tread depth ≥ 3.2 mm, and remove any stones from the tread grooves.
